WebApr 5, 2008 · How's the leg extension attachment since there are no handle bars on the side to keep your upper body stable during leg curls? The height is fine for me. I can rest my feet firmly on the floor. The chin up bar, however, is not very stable. It tends to shake when I use it. I don't have the leg extension attachment so I can't speak to that.

WebGreat attachment overall. The pads are very comfortable and still are great after a couple years. The only thing is I can't wear shoes or else my feet catch on the ground too much, but works fine in bare feet. I'm 6"2 so if you are taller your feet may start to catch on the ground.
