WebI finished both on XBox 360. The main difference is that Dante's Inferno is a straight up beat 'em all kind of game (think Devil May Cry and God Of War), while Darksiders is more action/adventure. Darksiders plays kind of like a Zelda game (serioiusly). I enjoyed playing Darksiders more.
WebDante also has regen that is better than any god from gow and possibly geater durabiltiy. Dante can use doppleganger, or quick silver. And avoid the golden fleece. Dante also has better scaling feats do to devil trigger.
