WebNov 8, 2016 · To change the default, on all clients, go to list of printers on server. Right click and select properties. Go to advanced tab, and click printing defaults button. Go to quality tab, and select greyscale. Ok, then Ok. Have clients log off then on, then it should be defaulted. Good luck.
